  Sterile Nested Vials

  STERILE NESTED VIALS

  Clindias of Kansas offers USP and ISO 8362 compliant sterile nested serum vials for packaging of injectable pharmaceuticals and allied biological - biomedical product applications. The unique design of a nested tray keeps glass vials from touching one another, thereby reducing damages during transit and storage. The smaller tray count is ideal for small batch processing to comply with USP batch size processing limits. All of these open, sterile, ready to fill vials are manufactured using USP Type 1 borosilicate glass and meet USP <660>, Ph. Eur. 3.2.1 specifications.

  Sterile Open Vials

  Sterile Open Vials - Ready to Fill

  2ml, 3ml, 5ml-6ml, 10ml and 30ml open sterile vials for aseptic pharmaceutical filling applications. These open sterile vials are unsealed (no stoppers and no seals), and require tray opening and filling in the cleanroom environment. All open sterile vials from Clindias of Kansas will have full USP sterility and endotoxin testing documentation for each lot sold for USP and cGMP compliance.

  Serum Vials - Non Sterile

  USP borosilicate glass non-sterile serum vials in clear and amber. 

  Clindias of Kansas offers serums vials in both clear and amber glass in sizes ranging from 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 6ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 250ml and 500ml.   Plastic Serum Vial Bottles

  PLASTIC SERUM VIAL BOTTLES

  Small and large volume plastic serum bottle vials have extensive use in packaging veterinary medicine as well as cosmetics applications. The non-breakable, shatterproof nature of a plastic serum bottle vial is often preferred over the traditional glass varieties. Both polypropylene and HDPE plastic serum bottle vials are available from 3ml to 1,000ml, with some sizes both clear and amber plastic. These plastic serum vial bottles require crimp finish style seals and stoppers which are sold separately.

  Clindias of Kansas offers 13mm 20mm and 30mm vial stoppers for serum vials, serum bottles and infusion bottles. We have wide selection of vial stoppers, including round bottom, straight wall, lyophilization, solid silicone, bromobutyl and chlorobutyl vial stoppers. For lyophilization stoppers, we offer traditional 2-leg, 3-leg and igloo style lyophilization stoppers. We also have a selection of Ready to Sterilize (RTS) vial stoppers, as well as ready to use (RTU) irradiated sterile vial stoppers.

  Aluminum Center Tear Vial Seals
