Shipping and Returns Policy
Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). If your credit card declines your transaction, the order is suspended. You will be contacted by email if this happens. Make sure you register using a valid email that is monitored throughout the day.
All products are shipped using the freight charges calculated online by our website. We do not ship on receiver accounts. All shipments are sent using FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or FedEx Freight. Smaller, low value sample orders may be sent by the US Postal Service.
Inspection of goods and request for returns OR damage claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns of sterile items. All other product return requests require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Clindias of Kansas in writing. Unauthorized returns result in no credit issued, no refunds and possible account cancellation.
