These 20mm lyophilization style stoppers are sometimes referred to as "slotted vial stoppers" or "2 prong" or "2 leg" vial stoppers.
Ideally suited for lyophilization applications (freeze dry processes), but can be used for non-lyophilization applications as well.
The 2 legs (2 prongs) of these stoppers have a flange on the outer side of the leg facing the inner vial that secures a snug fit.
Washing and sterilization, whenever applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
