These "autoclave resilient" stoppers have a thicker top-center flange thickness that permits terminal sterilization after insertion and crimping into filled vials. This thicker top center flange construction resists rupturing during sterilization.
Customer (YOU) must wash and sterilize as required by industry standards depending upon the customer's end use.
